As a licensed FISAF Personal Trainer I want to share my knowledge and experiences regarding training, nutrition and health with you. Whether it's personal instruction at the gym, planning of your training program and its structure, weight loss, nutrition counselling or general well-being – it’s in my interest to motivate you, help you succeed and reach your goals. With my assistance, you’ll train both safely and correctly.

Personal training is suitable for both beginners and more experienced athletes. The first meeting with me is always free of charge and you don’t commit to anything. During the first meeting, we’ll discuss your current situation and go through your goals. Based on this, I am able to create a personal workout schedule which is tailored to your needs.

A personal trainer is not solely a gym instructor

A gym instructor does his job exclusively inside the gym, while a Personal Trainer takes his customer into consideration from a holistic perspective. As a Personal Trainer I create your training program depending your needs, interests and goals - even outside the gym if you like. Do you wish to go into the woods for a run, swimming in the pool or head for the athletic field – these are my workplaces as well.

I will always take into account the client's possible diseases, health conditions, injuries, weaknesses, athletic background, age, gender, etc. when I am planning the programs. Whether your interest lies in lifestyle change, weight loss, or any other challenge, I will be there to motivate you.

I believe every human being has a little spark deep down inside consisting of will and strength to achieve their goals.

I will give you the tools you need to reach your goals. I will give you that extra kick of energy you need to succeed. Change takes time - I strongly believe that by slowly introducing small changes into a person’s lifestyle, a permanent change can be achieved where the risk of relapse is extremely small.
